During the distillation process of FG 20-3, 4 to 5 very small “cuts” are taken, at times when certain flavors are at their maximum. These small quantities blended together form the very heart cut of the distillate, only some 25 liters per batch, or a mere 35 to 36 handnumbered bottles.
