Delivery

1. How are my items being delivered?

All of our items are being delivered by specialist courier service. Depending on the country of delivery the selected courier service may differ. All of our wines, champagnes and spirits are being delivered with a courier service specialized in shipping of fragile botlles and cases. The packaging we use is custom made for this purpose and guarantees that your selection arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition. This allows us to offer a free 100% insurance on all wines, champagnes and spirits up to 750 euro per shipment. You can always include extra insurance during the checkout process to insure your shipment for the exact amount.

Once your order has been succesfully processed you will receive a confirmation email with your digital invoice attached. Subsequently you will receive a second message when your selection has been picked up by the courier in which we provide you with the parcel tracking information. This allows for detailed tracing of your items during the shipment process.

2. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within EU countries is completely free of charge.

International parcels are being sent for a flat fee of 19€.

Before finalizing any order with a delivery address outside the EU you will always receive a warning that any imposed customs fees, additional VAT and/or any other charges due to or in relation to the import of the selected goods into the country of delivery is not our responsibility. We are by law obliged to include a pro-forma invoice detailing the content of your parcel. 

3. How long before I receive my order?

Depending on the country of delivery this may take anywhere from 24hours up to 8 working days. If after two weeks you have not received your selected goods, please send us a message via our contact form and we will contact our courier service.

The track & trace number that you receive from us will allow you to follow the exact status and location of your parcel.

4. Can i track my order?

Yes. We make sure that every courier service we use has the option to trace your parcel. When your package leaves our warehouse we will send you the track & trace code via email.

5. Is the shipping of my items insured?

Every shipment of wine, champagne and spirits always has our 100% free insurance up to 750 € included. 

Please inspect your delivery before signing off the package. All damages reported after the acceptance has been signed off will not be covered by this insurance.

All other items are by default sent without additional insurance, although you have the option to add insurance for these parcels during the checkout process.

Our additional insurance guarantees that your items are covered for the total invoiced amount. In case of loss or damage of your parcel with additional insurance we will replace your order at no extra cost or offer you a full refund.

Withing EU countries our all-in insurance costs 10€.

Our international shipments can be insured for 25€.
