1. How do I place an order?
Shopping at Lord Luxury is extremely easy. Please follow these simple steps to successfully place an order with us.
Step 1 - Select your product
Browse our online catalogue for the items you desire. If these are the only items you wish to purchase, choose your quantity and click on the Buy Now button. If there are several different items you would like to order, place the items in your shopping basket by selecting the Add to Cart function.
You can always put the items on your wishlist to save them for later.
Step 2 - Review your shopping cart
In your shopping cart, you can find all the items you may wish to purchase. Please review the products and quantities here. You can choose to adjust all individual items by choosing to remove them from your shopping cart or change the desired quantity.
Our gift wrapping service lets you choose to wrap the order as a whole, i.e. you want us to gift wrap the complete order in one package. Alternatively, you can choose the options to gift wrap all individual items in the order separately. Please add a personal gift message for the recipient of the gift and we will make sure to include it in the package.
After review of your shopping cart, go ahead and click the Buy button to advance to the payment section of the order process.
Step 3 - Let us know where to ship the items
You have now entered into the checkout procedure.
First of all, we would like some personal and shipping information from you. If you are new to Lord Luxury you can proceed directly with your order. Returning customers may find it easier to log into their Lord Luxury account. This way all personal and shipping information is filled in automatically.
Please fill in your personal and delivery information. If you want to have the items delivered to a different address then your home address, please check the "My delivery address is different".
Click the Proceed to Payment box to advance.
Step 4 - Payment options
At Lord Luxury we accept VISA, Mastercard and all Maestro/Bancontact debit cards. Please select the card of your choice and select the "Terms & Conditions" box. Review your order and delivery information on the right side of the screen and click on the Confirm and Pay button. You will now be redirected to our Secure Trading payment website, indicated by the https:// prefix, where you can safely enter your credit card details.
After successful completion of the payment process, you will be returned to our Lord Luxury website where we directly confirm your order. You will also receive a digital invoice and complete overview of your order via e-mail.
