1. How do I create a Lord Luxury account?

During checkout you will have the option to create an account and speed up your future orders. Already want to create a wishlist? You can register to create an account without making an order. To find the Register function please choose Log In on top of our website next to the language selection.

2. Why should I create an account?

You are never obliged to create an account with us. However, having a Lord Luxury account does have the following advantages:

- No longer do you need to fill in your contact and shipping information with every order.

- You always have access to your outstanding and past orders.

- You can change your contact details and delivery adresses.

- You have a simple overview of all your Lord Luxury invoices.

3. How do I change my contact information?

Please log in to your account and choose "Your Profile". Here you can change all your personal and shipping information.

4. I forgot my password, What now?

When you choose to log into your Lord Luxury account you will find a small "I forgot my password" link beneath the email and password fields. A new password will be generated and sent to your registered email adress. Please follow the steps in your confimation email to setup a new password.
