Cancelation and Refund of your order
You have the right to withdraw from your order up to 14 days after reception of the goods and/or services. After these 14 days, you have another 14 days to send us the goods back. After reception of the goods we will refund you the complete order amount, including the initial shipping charges. The shipping costs and risks of the goods back to us are your responsibility.
When you exercise your right to withdraw from your order it is your responsability to return the goods to us complete with all the accessories, in the original packaging and without any signs of use and/or damage.
To exercise your withdrawal right you can contact us through refunds@lordluxury.com or through the contact page on our website. Please use the Model Withdrawal form below. We will refund you the amount of the order and shipping costs within 14 days after the reception of the returned goods by us.
Exceptions to returns and refunds
Exceptions of your right of cancellation within 14 days are:
a. Sealed products. When the original seal is broken these goods can’t be returned.
b. Products that we have tailor made to your specifications.
c. Products that are clearly of personal nature.
d. Products that, due to their nature, can’t be sent back.
e. Products that are perishable or age very quickly.
