Refunds
1. How can i cancel my order?
You have the right to withdraw from your order up to 14 days after reception of the goods and/or services. After these 14 days, you have another 14 days to send us the goods back. After reception of the goods we will refund you the complete order amount, including the initial shipping charges. The shipping costs and risks of the goods back to us are your responsibility.
When you exercise your right to withdraw from your order it is your responsability to return the goods to us complete with all the accessories, in the original packaging and without any signs of use and/or damage.
To exercise your withdrawal right you can contact us through refunds@lordluxury.com or through the contact page on our website. Please use the Model Withdrawal form below. We will refund you the amount of the order and shipping costs within 14 days after the reception of the returned goods by us.
2. Will the complete amount of my order be credited?
If you are, for any reason, not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will refund you the complete amount of your order, including the initial shipping charges. The shipping costs and risks of the goods back to us are your responsibility.
3. When will I receive my refund?
When we have received the returned goods in original condition we will issue a refund to your credit card company within 10 working days.
