Orders

1. How can I pay my order?

We accept major credit cards VISA, Mastercard and all Maestro/Bancontact activated debit cards. You may choose the desired payment type in the checkout procedure and you will be guided throughout our secured payment module. 

2. How do I know the order was received succesfully?

When your payment is approved you will be redirected to our website where you can find your order number and confirmation. When you log into your account you can see it in the list of orders. You will also receive an email with your digital invoice and an overview of your selected items.

3. Can I still change my order?

Absolutely! Please send our butler@lordluxury.com a message he will take great care of your request.

4. How can i cancel my order?

You have the right to withdraw from your order up to 14 days after reception of the goods and/or services. After these 14 days, you have another 14 days to send us the goods back. After reception of the goods we will refund you the complete order amount, including the initial shipping charges. The shipping costs and risks of the goods back to us are your responsibility.

When you exercise your right to withdraw from your order it is your responsability to return the goods to us complete with all the accessories, in the original packaging and without any signs of use and/or damage.

To exercise your withdrawal right you can contact us through refunds@lordluxury.com or through the contact page on our website. Please use the Model Withdrawal form below. We will refund you the amount of the order and shipping costs within 14 days after the reception of the returned goods by us.
