The Rio was named after the famous ‘Rio de la Plata’ in Argentina, which means ‘Silver River’ in English. The name originated from an old legend that silver treasure was located up stream in the ‘Sierra de la Plata’, which means ‘Silver Mountains’, and this river was believed to lead to it.
All of our buttery Argentine leather polo belts will arrive at your door beautifully presented and in their own gift boxes. The buckle is nickel free with an antique gold finish and the pampeano logo is embossed into the leather.
